The Return of Ishtar

I'm throwing this together in a pinch because (1) I found a seemingly-fairly-popular ROMhack of The Return of Ishtar known as Another Tower, and (2) I cannot for the life of me find a normal place to link to so others can download it. I had to jump through some hoops and really dig to find a singular download buried in a bulk upload of a bunch of arcade romhacks. So fuck it. I'm uploading it here so others can play it.
